Our Green Adventurine Shire Horse is modelled upon a creation of Faberge that was given by Queen Alexandra to Edward VII. It represents a horse that lived on the Royal Estate of Sandringham and the original is treasured in the present Queen's Royal Collection. Green Aventurine is a semi-precious type of quartz with inflections like spangles in the stone. The eyes are faceted Rubies set in 18kt gold collets. This is an amazing masterpiece also available in Red Aventurine, Labradorite, Obsidian and White Lakme Jade. Only 6 of these horses have been made.
